Coaching and mentoring differ mainly in their approach and purpose.

Mentoring is a relationship in which an experienced mentor shares their knowledge and experience with a less experienced mentee. The mentor provides advice and guidance, helping the mentee to develop professionally.

In short, coaching focuses on supporting the client to achieve goals through questioning and reflection, while mentoring is more about the transfer of knowledge and experience from an experienced mentor.

Coaching Contract

A coaching contract is a form of written agreement entered into between a coach and a client before the coaching process begins.

It is a document setting out the principles of cooperation, the objectives of the coaching sessions, the expectations of both parties, and any other relevant issues related to the coaching process. It also includes rules regarding confidentiality of information, frequency of sessions, financial terms, etc.

The coaching contract aims to create a clear and understandable foundation for the cooperation between the coach and the client, which allows for effective coaching sessions.

NDA: Non-Disclosure Agreement

The NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is designed to protect a client's private financial information.

The NDA in financial coaching is designed to build trust between client and coach and to ensure that the client feels secure in providing detailed information about their financial situation.

It is a formal agreement between us and a client that specifies that any information provided by the client, such as financial situation, investment goals, or budget plans, will be treated as confidential. We agree to keep this information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the client's consent.
